Initial Consultation & Personalised Plan

Service Description

Week 1: The consultation covers your (1) health history since childhood, (2) family health history, (3) different body systems eg. digestive, sleep, endocrine etc, (4) diet, lifestyle, tongue/nail/hand and other diagnosis as appropriate. This is to understand your condition as a whole person, and how your physical health, emotion and life relate to your health concerns over the course of time. I will provide you with some interim recommendations the same or next day after the consultation. In some cases, supplements will be provided/mailed to you at some extra charges. Week 2: A personalised Naturopathic Plan (min 10 pages) explains (1) root causes and pathophysiological explanation of your health concerns, in relation to presented signs, symptoms or evidences; (2) health goals; (3) specifications of dietary, lifestyle and herbal/supplemental recommendations. The consultation is beyond symtomatic relieve as it aims to address the root causes. Many clients regard it as an individualised health blueprint going forward. You can invite up to two family members (total of three persons) to the Naturopathic Consultation and/or Plan Disucssion, so they can understand and support you better. There is no extra charge for that. Every case involves days and weeks of intensive reserach work. There's a limit of number of cases i can take, sorry about that. To book: Three time slots from Monday to Wednesday (exclude public holidays), 10am-11am, 2:30-3:30pm and 4:15 to 5:15pm. The charges will depend on the time required. Once the price and date are confirmed, I will provide you with my bank details or payment link. Full payment is required before the booking is confirmed. There is no refund for the booking, but you can re-schedule your consultation once within three months of your initial booking date.
